Our mission
We believe that before constructing new buildings, it is essential to preserve what already exists and deserves a second chance.
This is why, in 2024, we founded IOLAO Srls, a company that specialises in renovating abandoned properties in the historic centre of Olbia..
IOLAO srls was awarded the 19-year concession for the real estate complex known as 'Casermette per Truppe di Passaggio' (Reg. Uff. n. 15197 of 14/11/2024 — concession formalised with the Agenzia del Demanio on 20/06/2025) and has initiated an urban and cultural regeneration project in the historic district, which is located at the heart of Olbia's urban fabric.
The restoration work, which began in 2025, has transformed a public asset in a state of decay into a centre for social, artistic and cultural activities for all age groups, with a particular focus on young people aged 13–30.
IOLAO srls' mission is to promote cultural regeneration alongside urban regeneration, combining art, cinema and sustainability.
